Yes, we provide a trained attendant to set up, operate, and break down the booth, ensuring everything runs smoothly during your event.
Setup typically takes about 30-45 minutes. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready before your event starts.
Yes! Guests can instantly share their videos via email, text, or social media, depending on your event preferences.
Yes, we do require a damage deposit for most of our rentals. We do refund this deposit upon event end as long as you return the rentals in great shape.
Our package includes a high-quality projector, large inflatable or freestanding screen, a sound system, and all necessary cables and setup support.
We require a flat area large enough for the screen and seating. The exact dimensions depend on the screen size chosen.
Seating and snacks are not included, but you’re welcome to set up your own chairs, blankets, and refreshments to enhance the experience. If you would like snacks to be included, we would love to do so for an additional fee, please let us know and we will discuss at booking.
For the best viewing experience, we recommend starting your movie event after sunset to ensure optimal screen visibility.
Yes, our team will handle the complete setup and takedown, so you can focus on enjoying the event.
Yes, outdoor movie setups are weather-dependent. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll work with you to reschedule.
The Backyard Movie Rental will be a total of three hours included in the rental for a set price.
Yes, we do require a minimum of two hours.
The inflatables are a 3 hr minimum, if additional time is needed there would be additional cost. There will also be an additional cost for travel if it’s outside of the rental area. This will all be discussed ahead of time as needed.
